Since our last appointment, Erica got pregnant, and lost her baby (she’s a friend on a forum, but so real !). You are still growing inside me, I can feel it. Thanks, I’ve been feeling great! Not!
Last night we went out to a restaurant called Gitane. We were there with Fred and his girlfriend. Fred is your father’s best friend ! His girlfriend, Alex, is great ! She was very excited to learn that I was pregnant, and we talked at lengths about names, hormones, and how fast pregnancy flies by (although it already seems like forever). She has two girls, I hope you meet them one day, which would mean that they would have stayed together. They make a great match.
Alex gave me your first blankie ever, it’s the mustella brand, she works for the company. I should have given more thought to this kind of career, sounds interesting.
I think I forgot to tell you that by now your other grand-parents (Mamiza and grandad) know about you. As well as Anaïs and Lauric, your aunt and uncle. I told them by skype. They were ecstatic ! Your grandma Isabelle and your grandfather are so excited, yet sad that we are so far away…
Aurélie, Laure, Alice know too… Yves, Aurélie’s bofriend, spilled the beans already. He told his friends - whom we know - Ben and Estelle. Fred and Alex know, of course. Jamie and Jessica, and my mom’s friend Linda who lives in Calistoga, and her other friend Debbie in Canada. Nicolas’s mom and stepfather Jean Claude know (a week ago ! Nicolas couldn’t get a hold of her !), and his uncle. That’s about 20 people. My God, I hope you stick !!!
